2019 White Elephant Sale Donations
Donations being accepted beginning on June 18th
The Susquehanna County Historical Society & Free Library Association will be accepting donations for the White Elephant sale from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the months of June and July
(June 18th to July 25th).

The drop-off is in the Lake Montrose Mall, 16749 State Route 706, in the space next to Smokin' Joe's tobacco shop.
Signs will be posted.

Special thanks to community minded donor Rudy Scarfalloto for allowing us to use his space.

Please drop off only at the times indicated.

Do not leave items outside of the building.

All items for donation should be in clean, saleable condition.

We are not able to accept appliances, electronics or exercise equipment.

We are not able to accept clothing - please consider Interfaith instead.

We do not accept books at this location. Please drop off books for donation at the library until June 29.

We cannot accept White Elephant donations at the library.

Thank you for your contribution and support of the Association. Mark your calendars for this year’s Blueberry Festival where you will find the White Elephant sale and many other great attractions: Friday and Saturday, August 2 and 3.

All proceeds support the Association helping to keep us well read, literate, and open!
Now that it's beginning to warm up, it’s time to start spring cleaning! But what are you going to do with all that stuff? Why not donate it to help your local Library and Historical Society!
One of the highlights of the beloved annual Montrose Blueberry Festival is the giant White Elephant sale, where everything from jewelry to pottery, collectibles to dishes can be found. All of these gently used items are donated by faithful patrons like you.
