The Susquehanna County Library seeks a creative, energetic and service-oriented individual to serve as the Administrative Assistant at the Montrose location.
This is a full-time position with benefits. Salary will be determined by experience.

Responsibilities include:

Organize and maintain administrative and other library files.

Answer phone and direct calls to proper departments.

Manage use of Community Room at the Montrose location.

Place orders for all Association supplies and materials.

Receive and record donations

Maintain periodical subscriptions for Association locations

Assist with association fund raisers, including Blueberry Festival, auction and others.

Collate monthly board reports and email to Board of Trustees (minutes, financial reports, department reports and others as needed)

Assist Board of Trustees in maintaining and updating Board of Trustees manual

Prepare bulk mailings using USPS Bulk Mailing process
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and internet skills required. Knowledge of Quickbooks preferred.
