The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has begun a co-operative effort between libraries to provide virtual reference service. Ask Here PA is staffed by professional librarians and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All you need to use Ask Here PA is a web browser and an internet connection. Librarians Susan Stone and Hilary Caws-Elwitt participate in staffing Ask Here PA five hours a week. Ask Here PA is made possible by ACCESS-PA, which also provides the statewide library catalog and POWER Library resources.
