| What is Books-by-Mail? |
| Books-by-Mail is a service for Susquehanna County residents who have trouble getting to a library, provided by our Outreach Services department. Items you request are mailed to your home (postage is paid both ways, but because of the decrease in state funding, it is necessary to institute an annual fee of $35 to defray the mailing costs.)
