Production Manager Tom Follert welcomes the group to the behind the scenes work area of the

Sweet Spot.

Making chocolate covered pretzels,

Handmade nonpareils,

and peanutbutter cups. First, fill the mold with chocolate.

Add the peanutbutter and

finish with the chocolate.

Chocolate can also come in many shapes. Tom and Leopold fill the molds.

Molds are spun in this custom made tool to properly form the shape.

Finished ducks are displayed on the counter.

The sensory experience continues. Not only did we get to see chocolate and smell chocolate, we also got to taste chocolate too. It was delicious.
