Babies & Books is a free program for Susquehanna County infants and their families which helps promote the importance of reading to babies. To sign up, simply bring your baby (under one year of age) to one of the county libraries. We'll take a picture of your baby's visit to the library for our display and give you a bag of information, including a free board book. While supplies last, your baby also recives a "READ" t-shirt. 

On the baby's subsequent birthdays you'll receive a postcard entitling you to another free gift. Click here to view or print our brochure about this program.
