You must be a resident of Susquehanna County to apply for a library card online. Non-residents may be eligible for cards as well, but must apply in person. If you use this online form, we will mail your card to you and you will be able to use our online databases. To borrow books or other items, or to use the library (not kiosk) computers, you will need to bring your card and photo ID to a library location and fill out a paper registration form.
