The annual Blueberry Festival is two days of summer fun for all ages! Held on the first Friday and Saturday in August since 1980, the Festival brings thousands of people to scenic Montrose PA to enjoy blueberry everything, from ice cream to pies. In association with the Blueberry Festival, five cookbooks have been compiled from the favorite recipes of local chefs. "Soups and Stews" (#3) is out of print, but copies of each of the others are available. Click through to view details on each title, including a list of recipes.
